POST NATAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Getting back into shape after pregnancy can feel like a monumental task. As a qualified post-natal trainer (Advanced Practitioner) I am experienced in assisting mothers to get back into shape following birth, and in structuring an exercise programme that is appropriate to the delivery, your postnatal stage and individual goals and needs. 

Within our team Sarah, Milly, Hannah and Ben are all pre and post-natal trained. 

POST NATAL EXPERIENCE

With two little ones of my own I know how tough it can be to find the time (and energy!) to exercise. Getting a trainer in your corner can really help you make that change, as well as taking a 'bite sized' approach to training to ease you back in.

I decided to do an additional Advanced Post Natal qualification in order to deepen my understanding of the unique needs of the post natal body, which needs handling with care and respect. 

This isn't just about getting back into a bikini - this is a journey to being a strong momma for life and i am delighted to work alongside trainers who really reflect this ethos, and have helped numerous women to rediscover their strength and condition as new mums.

- Personalised exercise plan focusing on the key needs of the body after-birth

- Exercise routine that can be performed in the privacy of your own home

- Realistic goal setting and motivational strategies

Silver

- Pre-consultation via email/telephone to discuss your pregnancy, delivery and post-natal stage

- 10 60-minute Personal Training sessions, taken in a location to suit (at home, private gym, park)

- Personalised exercise plan focusing on the key needs of the body after-birth

- Exercise routine that can be performed in the privacy of your own home

- Food diary analysis, nutritional recommendations and meal planner, including support around breastfeeding nutrition (where relevant) (worth £180)

- Realistic goal setting and motivational strategies

£600 (£550 off peak)

Gold

- Pre-consultation via email/telephone to discuss your pregnancy, delivery and post-natal stage

- 10 60-minute Personal Training sessions, taken in a location to suit (at home, private gym, park)

- Personalised exercise plan focusing on the key needs of the body after-birth

- Exercise routine that can be performed in the privacy of your own home PLUS 4 videos released fortnightly tailored to your post-natal stage. Videos created with care to optimise your recovery and healing, including a structured core restore programme, giving you the confidence to workout safely at home (added to your personal YouTube channel and available for life)

- Food diary analysis, nutritional recommendations and meal planner, including support around breastfeeding nutrition (where relevant) (worth £180)

- Realistic goal setting and motivational strategies

- Fortnightly telephone calls to discuss both nutrition and training, monitor progress, motivate and keep you accountable to all elements of the programme, providing you with an additional support system in this often overwhelming time

24/7 access to Sarah O’Neill via WhatsApp plus access to my Facebook closed group which includes fitness tips, life hacks, recipe ideas, fitness videos and topical live recordings
